We are a small picture framing company who have been operating in Budleigh Salterton, the popular and picturesque seaside town in East Devon, for 23 years.

In May 1985 Robert and Alison Higgs started the business, in partnership with another couple, who left the company in 1993. Since then they have had sole control, in 1995 taking the business from its workshop accommodation to a spacious shop in the centre of the High Street.

Our large open plan shop combines a good size retail area with the workshop, a feature that many customers like - to see the work being done in situ.

A Quality Framing Service
We have always offered a quality, reliable framing service to professional artists and galleries. An aspect of this work is that where we cannot supply particular styles/colours from stock we will always try to source the exact type of framing materials required.

The bulk of our bespoke framing work comes from customers within East Devon, but there are many people coming to the town from further afield, to enjoy shopping in the varied, interesting shops that the town has to offer, together with a walk on the seafront, or up the river, a cream tea and .... getting their pictures framed!

In order to keep the repeat business and recommendations we have always tried to tackle all jobs that come our way. We can offer a service framing embroideries and tapestries,
in both conventional and deep 'box' frames where necessary.
Military medals, football shirts, decoupage pictures and
collages all go towards keeping us on our metal!

Ready-made Frames
For years we have produced a range of ready made frames which are so popular that very often we cannot keep up with demand! We endeavour to stock a frames from small photo size to those suitable for large posters.
